Super belle appartement lumineux! Positive: Très bel appartement, bonne grandeur pour 2 personnes, magnifique luminosité avec les super grandes fenêtres. Beau balcon qui permet d'admirer la vue. Lit et oreillers très confortables. Le stationnement intérieur est vraiment pratique. L'emplacement est parfait si on est là pour travailler, comme moi, au Centre des congrès. Ça permet de s'y rendre à pieds, c'est à 3 minutes seulement. Negative: Le son de la ventilation qui n'arrête jamais. Pas beaucoup de postes de télévision. La télévision n'est pas intelligente donc pas d'accès à Internet sur la télévision et elle n'est pas tout jeune : problème de son parfois. Petite suggestion : un grand miroir serait apprécié pour qu'on puisse se voir pleine grandeur ☺️

Trotz der erwähnten Mängel, dank der Lage gute Unterkunft. Positive: - Ausgezeichnete, zentrale Lage in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum und zur Dufferin-Terrasse - Zufahrt direkt ab Autobahnausfahrt - Zum Appartement gehörender Tiefgaragenplatz - Rue St. Jean mit zahlreichen netten Restaurants nur eine Querstrasse entfernt - Dank „direktem Autobahnanschluss“ sind z.B. die Montmorenci-Fälle und die Ile‘d Orléans sehr schnell erreicht Negative: Unterhalt lässt zu wünschen übrig: - Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, zum Glück war es noch nicht zu heiss und der Balkon und damit auch die Fensterfront wurden nur von der Abendsonne beschienen. - Verdunkelungsrollo bei der Balkontür defekt, konnte nicht mehr hochgerollt werden. Damit die Balkontür zum Lüften (defekte Klimaanlage) geöffnet werden konnte, musste der Rollo mühsam von Hand aufgerollt und mit 2 Kabelbindern fixiert werden.. - Wasseranschluss in Küche undicht, es musste im Unterschrank eine Schüssel untergestellt werden. - 1 Deckenspot in Dusche defekt - 1 Nachttischlampe defekt - Schiebetür bei einem Schrank musste erst eingehängt und justiert werden, damit der Schrank genutzt werden konnte

Great Strategic Location to Combine Business Trip with a City Visit Positive: Very spacious room for solo traveler. 5 minutes walk to conventional center. Many restaurants are nearby and 20 minutes walk to old city Quebec. Negative: No replenishment of bathroom amenities like bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner for a 5-day stay. Good that they were willing to address it when I asked for it.

Positive: Réception très sympathique! Negative: Store défectueux depuis déjà plus d’ 1 an- quasi impossible d accéder à la terrasse.

Negative: Despite very early notice (> a week) property did not accommodate our need to leave the apt one day earlier than originally booked. This resulted in our having to pay for a day we did not need nor use

Simplement parfait ! Positive: L'appartement est bien équipé ( il y a même sel, poivre, huile, ...), bien insonorisé. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Très bon service de l'accueil 👌. Tout était parfait, nous étions en congrès au Centre des Congrès, l'emplacement était idéal.

Would love to stay here again! They even had an umbrella to use as it did rain while we were here. Positive: We loved the location and the apartment. My son stayed on the sofa and the bedroom had privacy curtains. Beautiful balcony and views. Loved the washer and dryer so be sure to bring detergent sheets. We could have walked here from the cruise port but is up hill. We were able to walk to the train station, local attractions, coffee shops, restaurants etc. Wonderful! Nina’s pizza was walking distance and delicious. Negative: Nothing

The suite is modern, comfortable and clean with a great view in a perfect location. Positive: Almost everything. The room is modern, clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable fitted with quality linen. The location is fantastic - I prefer it to staying inside the walls because it is a little less touristy. The friendly host at reception made arrival super easy. Overall, our experience was amazing and we're looking forward to returning. Negative: These are minor things - I'd stay again and will recommend the place to others. The silicone in the shower is starting to mildew - it's not bad yet, but needs to be re-caulked. The hose on the shower head it is failing and needs to be relaced. The pots are quite warped and will eventually damage the glass cooktop. The TV was hard to watch due to the furniture layout. The internet could not keep up with streaming on the TV - it was fine on our devices.

Excellent stay with view in great location in old Quebec.

Positive: Great location, nice size apartment for two people, great closet space, fully stocked kitchen. Negative: Initial arrival to locate the unmarked parking garage entrance was frustrating, and then intercom was useless as commercial fans in that enclosed area are so loud communication is about impossible. The front desk gentleman did come out quickly to let us in, but without knowing what he was saying, we were left wondering what to do for a short while. Several maintenance items should be addressed, such as dirty and stained carpet, shower hose with multiple leaks. Some furniture is in very worn condition, such as the sofa and upholstered chair. Very tight clearance around the kitchen eating table.

We enjoyed it, location was great near 2 good markets and restaurants. Negative: There was no one to let me in on arrival. After several phone calls finally reached a man. He eventually came, but was sick with a fever. He should have at least had a mask on. It was uncomfortable to be in his presence. Other times the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The lighting was not good. Sofa was very soft . Kitchen was great and very well stocked.

Great location, nice apartment and parking Positive: Good property in great location. Easily walkable to Old town and many other neighborhoods. The parking was a plus. Well decorated and warm. Negative: Bedding could use an upgrade and kitchen needed proper wine glasses and knives.

Positive: L'emplacement et le stationnement intérieur. Negative: Lit et oreillers très inconfortables. Pas de literie pour le divan-lit et très compliqué d'en avoir. Deux assiettes dans les armoires quand on est là pour deux jours à deux ce n'est pas suffisant.
